In any of the Pokemon games, are there any Gym Leaders/Trainers who use shiny pokemon?

I've looked on the internet, and it said there were Gym Leaders and Trainers who use shiny pokemon in Generations II and III.

If so, what games are those and where are those Trainers? In any of the Pokemon games, are there any Gym Leaders/Trainers who use shiny pokemon?
Your answer is yes and no.

The gym leaders and most trainers never carry shiny pokemon, but you can see shiny pokemon at the battle frontiers in emerald, platinum, heartgold, and soulsilver. And the battle tower in crystal, ruby sapphire, diamond, and pearl. You can't catch them though, which sucks.

You can also see guaranteed shiny pokemon in the trainer tower in firered, and leafgreen. the ones I can think of are: The twins on double challenge, battle 1, The fisherman in single challenge ( can't remember which battle ), and the burglar in single challenge ( again I can't remember which battle.) They carry a shiny Espeon, Seaking, and Meowth receptively.

Hope this helps! In any of the Pokemon games, are there any Gym Leaders/Trainers who use shiny pokemon?
No. None of them do.

There is a 1 in 8192 chance of encountering a Shiny Pokemon, and if your chance was wasted by seeing it on a gym leader or trainer's Pokemon then you would stop buying and playing the games, causing Nintendo to lose money. In any of the Pokemon games, are there any Gym Leaders/Trainers who use shiny pokemon?
You can find trainers in the battle tower ( not sure if all generations have this, but IV does ) with shiny pokemon which you cannot catch ( without action replay code ). The chance is 1 in 8,192 but that does not mean after 8192 battles you will get one for sure. Also people say in RSE (Generation III) Wally's ralts can also be shiny for gen III.
