What is the easiest way to get gold medals in the battle frontier in pokemon games.?

My teams are good but some funny reason they dont make at the finish line if i do get that high in the win streaks. please help cause it making me mad i know im good ive been playing pokemon games since silver and gold version came out.What is the easiest way to get gold medals in the battle frontier in pokemon games.?
Depending on whether you have SoulSilver/Heart Gold or Emerald the difficulty may vary.



If you don't already EV train, do realize that it's a VITAL component into making sure your Pokemon beats out everyone else at Battle Frontier. If I recall correctly, all of the Pokemon at Frontier are EV'ed trained meaning that your normal Pokemon will not stand a chance if their EV's are distributed badly. Make sure the natures are right and everything.



When you're going for the Gold Medals, abuse every Pokemon you can get in. In competitive battling as you may know, Garchomp's banned - make good use of Garchomp. Garchomp is a beast with Earthquake, Swords Dance, Outrage yadayaya you get the picture. He'll kill there.



You should also keep in mind other Pokemon to use and abuse such as Latias/Latios on the line of the uber status they too also are devastating foes to go up against.



Generally speaking, if you stick to using Pokemon in the OU tier and adjust around accordingly you will find the Battle Frontier to hold little trouble. If you're *really* looking for the easiest way to get to the top just stalk around websites like smogon.com and look at their teams for certain battle facilities these people hold records WAY beyond the gold symbol area.
