what im trying to ask is for example, in emerald kyogre and groudon fight. does this happen in a pokemon tv show episode. Is there a rayquaza and palkia and all those legendary pokemon in the games as well as in the tv show series? and do the story lines of the tv show and the games go along with each other?|||The games are made before all the other parts of the franchise (anime, manga, trading card game), and they're pretty much all based mostly on the game.
There were episodes in the anime in which Groudon and Kyogre fought; Gaining Groudon and The Scuffle of Legends.
Palkia has appeared in The Rise of Darkrai pokemon movie, and Rayquaza was in Destiny Deoxys.
Some parts of the anime that are based on the games are: the plot of getting 8 badges, the characters May Dawn being one of the playable characters in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Diamond/Pearl/Platinum respecitvely, and Team Rocket from the original gameboy-games.
The anime, even though created after the game, was the cause for the creation of one game: Pokemon Yellow was actually based off the anime, where you could start of with a Pikachu like Ash.|||yes, there are legendary pokemon in the games as well as in the tv show series.I'm not sure but the story lines of the tv show are somewhat different from those of the games
